Privacy Policy Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Customers are required to notify fabriique.com of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment; otherwise, it is deemed that the product was received in good condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Once the exchange is approved by the fabriique.com team, items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with the original tags attached.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Once the return is approved by the fabriique.com team, items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with the original tags attached.

Customers will be eligible for a refund, which will be made back to their same credit/debit cards. In the event that payment was made through a bank transfer, the refund will be done through a credit from fabriique.com. Returns and refunds are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.

Cancellation

Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase, and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, and note that the refunded amount will be net of bank processing charges.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email notification confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. Processing time, production, and delivery differ from item to item, especially if an item is made to measure. Most items are made to measure even if a standard size is selected. Fabriique.com is based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The preparation period for made-to-measure items is 10-14 days.

Delivery charges will vary based on the shopper's destination. Exact shipping charges will be viewed on the checkout page.

All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees as regulated by the Customs Office of your shipping destination. Fees may vary widely based on the country or city of import. Custom duties are not included in the shipping charges. Imposed custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the shopper.

Please note that Customs Offices in some countries may require a form of identification such as a passport or any government-issued ID before releasing a shipment.

Fabriique.com is not responsible for delays in delivery due to failure to provide the correct delivery address.
